Oleksandr Zinchenko arrived at Arsenal back in the summer. Since his arrival, he has gone on to outclass Tierney and has taken his place as the undisputed starter. His quality and versatility on the pitch force Arteta to pick him over Tierney, restricting the Scotsman to just 4 starts.

As per the club’s website, Zinchenko was named Arsenal’s player of the month in January as well. He has made a key impact, providing leadership to a young roster. His heroics have inspired Arsenal to put up an unexpected title challenge in the Premier League.
