Young Baseball Player Shove Umpire in Minor League Game Brawl
A minor league baseball player named George Valera has become the talk of the internet for all the wrong reasons. In a game against the Nashville Sounds, Valera got into a big argument with catcher Alex Jackson, which led to a chaotic brawl involving both teams.
What shocked everyone, even more, was that Guardians prospect, Valera, actually pushed the umpire, Tanner Moore, in the middle of the commotion. Despite Moore’s efforts to calm things down, Valera couldn’t control his frustration and made physical contact with both Moore and Jackson. Here is the full video of the brawl including Valera shoving the Umpire:

As a result of their actions, both Valera and Jackson were kicked out of the game. It’s likely that Valera will face some kind of punishment for what he did, especially because he touched the umpire, which is a serious violation.
Valera is considered one of the top prospects in the Guardians’ minor league system. However, if he wants to make it to the major leagues, he needs to improve not just his performance on the field, but also his behavior off the field.
