In WWE, there are many types of matches that are popular among WWE Universe and one of them is WWE Street Fights or WWE Brawls. One of the famous brawl was when The Undertaker challenged Brock Lesnar for a match at Summerslam 2015, one year after the shocking defeat of Undertaker’s Wrestlemania Undefeated Streak of 21 wins and no loss which came to an end at the hands of Brock Lesnar. Other one was when Daniel Bryan refused to follow the orders of The Authority (Triple H and Stephanie Mcmahon).
Most Brutal Brawls and Street-Fights in WWE
1. Undertaker and Brock Lesnar’s brawl before SummerSlam 2015
Undertaker and Brock Lesnar had a massive rivalry in the history of WWE. Whether it’s their Hell in a Cell match, or Unforgiven 2002 match, or Undertaker’s Undefeated Streak End, or their brutal brawl before Summerslam 2015. “I’m gonna kill you”, “You’re gonna have to” these words from their brawl went viral on social media and became a topic among WWE Universe. Their match at Summerslam 2015 also ended in a most-controversial way, taker tapped out to kimura lock but referee didn’t saw it and the match continued and then taker applied the hell’s gate on lesnar and lesnar fainted, and referee declared Undertaker as the winner of match.
2. John Cena and Randy Orton’s brawl above Hell in A Cell
Both John Cena and Randy Orton debuted in the same year 2002. Orton was gifted with opportunities because of his father (Bob Orton Jr.) and storyline mentor Triple H whereas Cena has shown up against the odds since his debut when he accepted Kurt Angle’s challenge. They have headlined many PPVs with mathces like TLC match, Traditional Survivor Series match, and Hell in a Cell match. During their hell in a cell match during Monday Night Raw in 2009, they had a massive brawl which leads them to the top of the structure and then cena executed his finishing move AA (Attitude Adjustment) and the brawl ends in a no contest result.
3. Brock lesnar and John Cena’s brawl before Extreme Rules 2012
The Beast Incarnate made his return in 2012 after a long break of 9 years. Brock’s return has shocked everyone in WWE Universe and then he F5’s Cena and made a challenge for a match at Extreme Rules. One week later, Cena and Lesnar confronted each other in a face-off for the contract signing where the brutal brawl begins and the entire locker room (all WWE Superstars) came out to rescue. At Extreme Rules 2012, John Cena defeated Brock Lesnar in a fight of his lifetime.
4. Triple H and Brock Lesnar’s brawl before WrestleMania 29
After facing a loss at Summerslam 2012, Triple H challenged Brock Lesnar for a rematch at the Grandest Stage of Them All ‘WrestleMania 29’. Triple H’s best friend HBK (Shawn Michaels) tried to make it official with Lesnar’s manager Paul Heyman where lesnar interferred and accepted the match and at the same time broke hbk’s arm which left no option for hhh than to make it a No Holds-Barred Match. At WrestleMania 29, HHH left used his favorite weapen SledgeHammer to destroy his opponent Brock Lesnar and in securing a victory over him to take a revenge of what he did with hbk.
5. Lita and Trish Stratus brawl
One of the most famous brawls/rivalry of Women’s Wrestling happened during the Attitude Era. Two of the most successfully Female Superstars of WWE are Lita and Trish Stratus. They have also headlined the women’s locker room during 1990’s and 2000’s decade. One of the main-highlight was when both of them had a brawl backstage which led the rest of the locker room to come for the save. Both of them has won Women’s Championship Title during the attitude era. They are now teaming up with becky lynch to fight Damage CTRL at the the 39th edition of WrestleMania.
