In this article, we are going to discuss the UFC’s parent company Endeavor is closing the deal to buy the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) and merging both the companies (UFC and WWE) into one. WrestleMania 39 was the last PPV in Vince McMahon’s President Role in WWE. Since last year, WWE has shown growth in its stock prices in NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) market after Vince left the role as Creative Head of the company and Triple H took the charge of it.

Endeavor is interested in buying WWE

Endeavor is the parent company of the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship), which it acquired in 2016. Endeavor is a global entertainment, sports, and content company that also owns a number of other properties in addition to the UFC, including the Miss Universe Organization, IMG, and WME.

Since acquiring the UFC, Endeavor has been working to expand its brand and increase its global reach. This has included hosting events in new markets, such as China and Russia, as well as launching new business ventures like the UFC Performance Institute, a state-of-the-art training facility for UFC athletes. Endeavor has also used its expertise in areas like marketing and media to help grow the UFC’s fanbase and increase its visibility in the mainstream. This has included securing major broadcast deals with companies like ESPN and developing new digital content to engage with fans around the world.

It is being reported that after a rise in NYSE, WWE is looking for a parent company. And, Endeavor is interested in buying WWE as Endeavor Group Holdings Inc. is nearing a deal to acquire World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. for about $9 billion, according to people familiar with the matter.

Also, It is expected that Endeavor will merge UFC and WWE in the near future to make a New Company.
