Will MultiVersus Ever Return?

MultiVersus, the highly-anticipated fighter from Warner Bros. and Discovery, closed its open beta on June 25th and has announced plans for a full launch in “early 2024“. However, with little warning of the beta’s closure and no concrete details on the full release, fans are beginning to express doubt that the game will make it back.

The Extended Hiatus: Is the MultiVersus Team Taking the Money and Running?

The extended break between the beta and full launch has shocked a lot of players, especially considering how recently the game had been releasing new characters and updates. This has led some to speculate that the team behind MultiVersus is simply taking the money and running, leaving a game that was once highly anticipated to never be seen again.

Will MultiVersus Ever Come Back?

At this point, it’s impossible to say whether or not the fighter will make it back in 2024. The extended silence from the dev team is not reassuring, and many fans are already asking for refunds, even though the announcement of the closure stated that existing refund rules would not be relaxed.
