Wild Hearts: The Complete Guide to Beating a Goldshard

Fans of action role-playing games have had a thrilling year thanks to the long-awaited Hogwarts Legacy release. But Wild Hearts, yet another new entry, has been added to the list. On February 17, an action role-playing game created by Omega Force was made available through Electronic Arts.
This recently released game takes place in the fantastical setting of Azuma, which is home to many enormous beasts. The players are on a quest to capture these enormous beasts that are sauntering around Azuma. The setting is not an open world, but players still have access to a sizable amount of space to explore.
Different varieties of Kemonos abound in the world, but finding them isn’t always simple. “Goldshard,” a large porcupine with protruding, jagged spines, is one of the difficult Kemonos to hunt. Players find it challenging to hunt this beast because it fires its spines like projectiles at adversaries. The good news is that we have the ideal guide to help you take on this enormous porcupine, Kemono, so put your worries to one side.
Strengths and flaws of Goldshard in Wild Hearts:
Therefore, the most crucial thing to know before engaging Goldshard in combat is that enormous beast. We must first understand this Kemono’s advantages and disadvantages.
Earth attributes and resistance to Fire and Earth attributes are both present in Goldshard. Ablaze, also has disease resistance when it comes to resistivity. With regard to Goldshard’s weaknesses, these Wood and Wind attributes are weak for this projectile-firing porcupine. As Goldshard’s Head is its weak point, players should focus on it.
This enormous porcupine can be found in Akikure Canyon’s Silverglass Plains and Winter Solstice Cavern. Pummel and lunge weapons are the physical assaults that work against a Goldshard Kemono.
Attacks That Goldshard Use:
- Goldshard Bite: The beast lunges forward to bite.
- Goldshard Charge: This Kenomo will charge toward the player to tackle them.
- Furious Spine Quake: When angered, Goldshard causes massive spines to sprout from the earth near itself.
- Laying Spine Thrust: The Goldshard lays down and thrusts its spiny back at the player.
- Rolling Attack: This beast rolls at the player, and attempts to crush and pierce them with its spines.
- Spine Volley: The huge porcupine shoots large gold spikes from its back.
- Spinning Hop: It hops forward and rotates, releasing a swarm of spines behind it.
- Swipe and Slam: The Kemono slams with its paws twice, then slams its body down and shoot spines.
- Tail Slam: The Goldshard raises its tail and smacks it down, knocking down players who are nearby.
Goldshard can withstand most attacks because of the solid shards covering its body. The player should use the Pummel and Lunge weapons to attack the creature’s head. Players can attack the tail as well, but they must be very cautious. A Goldshard will also fire a volley of shards as it is about to turn. Players should therefore be prepared to avoid some projectiles.
A Shield Wall Karakuri would be the best one to use out of the defensive Karakuris that players should have on them. The Bulwark Karakuri is more susceptible to damage, but this one can be brought out faster. Also helpful in avoiding attacks like Goldshard Charge and Laying Spine Thrust is Spring Karakuri, which players should have on them.
