And then they also got their hands on Domantas Sabonis in a controversial trade one year earlier. And even though the Kings weren’t anything great, De’Aaron Fox has always been a burgeoning star.

Now all these things together somehow worked in favor of the Sacramento Kings and made them bounce to a higher position to the point that they even defeated the champions of the series, Golden State Warriors once. But the fact that Fox was injured at that time also played a huge role in the Kings winning the game.

But still, a win is a win and they sure performed greatly, surpassing everyone’s expectations.
