What is Jerry Jones Expecting From Dak Prescott In 2023?
In NFL 2022, Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott went through a really tough time and didn’t get to perform much. He got injured in the first match and then had to deal with turnover issues during all the crucial moments he was needed.
He missed five games last season and threw a career-high 15 interceptions in last season. But Jerry Jones still hasn’t given up on him and has some high exceptions for him for the upcoming season.
Jones believes Prescott will cut down on the interceptions this fall.
“What I expect is not the unexpected. What last year represented relative to turnovers was unexpected,” Jones said, via Jon Machota of The Athletic. “I expect to see what we expect from Dak, which is don’t turn the ball over, be protective of the ball. When I think of Dak, that’s the first thing that comes to my mind. That’s what he does good.”

Prescott is an amazing player and takes every game seriously. Even though his last season was bad, he’s working hard to make a comeback in this season. He had just 50 interceptions in the first six seasons of his career.
For the upcoming season of the NFL, Prescott has to give his 100 percent and will have to take advantage of every opportunity he can get to make goals for the team. If Prescott can do just that, then we are in for some amazing games from the Cowboys.
