Viral Video: Kamala Harris Sniffed by Stranger During March Madness Game

Howard University’s men’s basketball team recently won the regular-season Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference title and secured a spot in the NCAA tournament after winning the MEAC tournament, marking a significant accomplishment for the team that hadn’t made it to the Big Dance since 1992. Notably, Vice President Kamala Harris, an alumna of Howard University, attended the game to support her alma mater in March Madness.

However, during the game, TBS cameras captured an odd moment that quickly circulated on the internet. As Harris watched the game, a man standing behind her seemed to lean in and sniff the Vice President, causing many to wonder what was going on.

Fortunately, the strange incident was quickly explained: the man had actually leaned in to speak with a woman standing behind Harris who wasn’t visible in the initial clip.

Despite the unfortunate loss against top-seeded Kansas in the West Region with a final score of 96-68, the Bison can take pride in reaching the NCAA tournament and ending the school’s drought.

As a proud Howard University alumna, Vice President Harris undoubtedly felt a sense of joy and pride in supporting her alma mater in their historic journey to the Big Dance.
