Vikings WR Jordan Addison Issue An Apology For Speeding
Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison issued an apology on his Twitter for speeding in a low-speed zone area.
On Thursday, Vikings rookie Jordan was driving more than 140mph in a 55 mph zone in Minnesota. 21-year-old Jordan released the official statement through his agent for the incident on Friday.
“Yesterday morning I made a mistake and used poor judgment. I recognize and own that. I am going to learn from this and not repeat the behavior. I am truly sorry.”

The Viking team also released a statement regarding the traffic incident and said they are gathering more info.
“We are aware of last night’s traffic incident involving Jordan Addison and are gathering additional information.”
Addison was pulled over by the Minnesota State Patrol for his reckless driving at 3 am in the morning. The police didn’t arrest him. According to Minnesota laws, Addison could lose his driving license for six months. Another possible fine could be $2500 and a year of jail.
Addison is the No. 23 overall pick drafted by the Vikings for this year’s NFL season. He has to report on Sunday at training camp.
