The Valorant VCT LOCK//IN São Paulo 2023 kicked off with a bang on 13 February, Day 9 of the event where the Omega group teams clashed with each other for forwarding for the next round. Day nine starts with the clash between Sentinels vs Fnatic and T1 vs FURIA Esports.

32 teams will compete in a single elimination bracket format, and all matches will be the best of three except the Semifinals and Grand Finals, which is Bo5.

In round 1 from 32 teams 16 teams head towards round 2 and from there 8 teams will head towards the quarterfinals, from which 4 teams will play semifinals and then 2 finalists compete in the grand final to be crowned as the champions. Whoever is the winner of their team will also win an extra slot for their region.

The second match is played between Pacific and America representatives T1 vs FURIA Esports. The matches were resulted in pretty one-sided in the favor of FURIA Esports, and they secure the Bo3 series by a 2-0 score.
