Travis Kelce’s Status For Sonday Match Announced by Andy Reid
Travis Kelce, the star player and tight end from the Kansas City Chiefs might make an appearance in Monday’s game against the Jacksonville jaguars.
Everyone is waiting to see Kelce who is on hold due to his injury and couldn’t take part in the season’s first game against Lions. But this time there is a high chance that he will play in Sunday’s game.
Andy Raid, the Head Coach of the Chiefs gave some updates to the media about his star tight end’s injury status. And while he stopped short of saying Kelce would be available for Sunday’s game vs. the Jags. The coach said: “he’s progressing.”
“Trav is getting better, he’s progressing,” Reid explained. “We’ll see how he does the rest of today and tomorrow and we’ll go from there.”

Also says communication is ongoing between the club and Chris Jones.
In Thursday night’s opening game against the Lions, the Kansas City offense noticeably felt the absence of Kelce.
Patrick Mahomes completed 21 out of 39 passes for 226 yards, making two touchdowns but also an interception. The Chiefs’ passing game lacked the experience and spark it usually has.
The game was marked by missed catches by Kansas City’s receivers. A key moment was when Kadarius Toney had a routine catch that got tipped and resulted in the Lions scoring six points instead.
Fans, and especially fantasy football owners, will be watching closely for any updates on Kelce’s status in Week 2.
