10. The Immortal ‘Hulk Hogan’
Hulk Hogan won his first WWF (now WWE) Title on January 23, 1984, at ‘WWE on MSG Network’ in New York, New Jersey. He successfully defended his first title reign for 1474 days. His second victory of the title comes at the 5th edition of WrestleMania when he successfully defended it for 364 days. His third victory was at the 7th edition of WrestleMania for 248 days. His fourth victory lasted for only 1 day as the WWF President of that time stripped the title off him and vacated it. Hulk Hogan has won a total of 12 World Titles (6 with WCW and 6 with WWF/WWE).
9. Randy Savage
The Legendary Randy Savage won his first WWF Championship Title at WrestleMania 4 on March 27, 1988. His first title reign lasted for 371 days before losing it to Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania 5. His second title victory was at WrestleMania 8 when he successfully raised and defended it for 149 days. Randy Savage won a total of 6 titles during his career (2 times WWF World Champion, and 4 times WCW World Champion).
8. Triple H
Hunter Hearst Helmsley (aka, HHH or Triple H) won his first WWE Title at Monday Night Raw on August 23, 1999, in a match where Shane O’Mac was a Special-Guest Referee, his first title reign was 22 days. He won the second title at Unforgiven, in 1999. His second title reign was for 49 days. His third title victory was at Raw,2003 which lasted for 118 days. Triple H won a total of 14 titles during his career (9 times WWE Champion, and 5 times World Heavyweight Champion).
7. Nature Boy ‘Ric Flair’
Ric Flair is a 16-times WWE World Champion (8x NWA World Heavyweight Champion, 6x WCW World Heavyweight Champion, and 2x WWF Champion). He won his WWF Championship title at Royal Rumble in 1992 which lasted for 77 days and his second WWF Championship was at Prime Time Wrestling in 1992 which lasted for 41 days.
6. The Undertaker
The Undertaker won his first title in WWF at Survivor Series in 1991 after defeating Hulk Hogan which lasted for 6 days. His second title win came at WrestleMania 13 in a no-disqualification match against Psycho Sid which lasted for 133 days. The Undertaker won a total of 14 titles during his career in WWF/WWE (4x WWF/WWE Champion, 3x World-Heavyweight Champion, 6x Tag-team Champion, and 1x Hardcore Champion).
5. Randy Orton
The Legend Killer/Viper Randy Orton has won WWE Championship Title 14 times till now. He is currently out of action due to an injury that he suffered last year. His first victory came at No Mercy in 2007 when John Cena had to vacant the title due to his injury which was later awarded to him by Mr. Vince Mcmahon but on the same night, Triple H challenged him and defeated him. His second title victory came on the same night (No Mercy, 2007) when he claimed his rematch clause and defeated Triple H to become a Champion. His second title victory reign was for 203 days.
4. The Rock
The most electrifying move in the history of Sports Wrestling Entertainment ‘The Peoples Elbow’ has helped The Rock win a total of 10 titles during his WWE career. Though he has not announced his retirement yet he is now more focused and busy in his Hollywood career. The rock won his first WWE title back at 1998’s Survivor Series when he defeated mankind in the finals of ‘The Deadly Game Tournament’. His first title victory reign was 44 days. The last time he won the WWE Championship Title was at Royal Rumble in 2013 when he defeated CM Punk and ended Punk’s 400-plus days reign.
3. Brock Lesnar
The Beast Incarnate ‘Brock Lesnar’ won his first title in WWE at Summerslam 2002. His first reign lasted for 84 days before his defeat at Survivor Series the same year against Big Show. Lesnar’s second title victory was at the 19th edition of WrestleMania and it lasted for 119 days. Brock Lesnar has a record of winning the Universal Championship Title the most (3 times). He won his 7th title last year (2022) at Elimination Chamber when he defeated Austin theory, AJ Styles, Seth Rollins, and Riddle. His last title reign ended on WrestleMania 38 (last year) when Roman Reigns defeated him and Unified The WWE Championship and Universal Championship Titles.
2. Roman Reigns
Current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion and The Head of the Table ‘Roman Reigns’ is the official record holder of the longest reigning Undisputed Champion. Reigns won his first title at Survivor Series in 2015 when he defeated Dean Ambrose in the finals of a tournament for the Vacant Title. Roman Reigns is the 6-time WWE and Universal Champion (4x WWE Champion, and 2x Universal Champion). He is set to defend his Undisputed Championship against Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 39 on April 2, 2023.

Leader of Cenation ‘John Cena’ has won WWE World Heavyweight Titles 16 times (13x WWE Champions and 3x World Heavyweight Champions). Cena won his first title at WrestleMania 21 when he defeated Jbl. His first title reign lasted for 280 days. Cena won his 16th title at Royal Rumble in 2017 when he defeated AJ Styles and draws the record with WWE Legend and 2 times Hall of Famer Ric Flair. At WrestleMania 39, John Cena will fight against Austin Theory for the U.S. Title.
