Tom Brady Got Emotional After Patriots Ceremony At Gillette Stadium

Legendary NFL quarterback Tom Brady got emotional after the Patriots ceremony at Gillette Stadium.

Tom Brady shared a very heartfelt note on his Instagram to describe the Patriots ceremony in his honor at the Gillette Stadium.

New England Patriots paid tribute to their former veteran QB Tom Brady during Week 1’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles. At the Ceremony Tom Brady put on his No. 12 Jersey in front of a raucous Foxborough crowd.

Later Brady shared the emotional message on his Instagram with his three kids on Monday. He also posted the photo displaying the six Lombardi Trophies he won during 20 years in New England.

 Brady wrote on his Instagram post,

“I’ve talked a lot about how lucky I feel to have spent my life surrounded by such incredible people. Yesterday was just another reminder of that. Coming back to New England to celebrate what WE accomplished was so special, and it’s a day that I’ll never forget. Being able to spend time with teammates, family, friends, coaches, and most importantly all the fans of Patriot nation is something that I’ll never take for granted.”

Brady told the crowds that he considered himself a “Patriot for life” during his halftime speech at the ceremony. Patriots also posted a video of Tom, calling  New England “the best organization this league has ever seen.”

Brady recalled all the good memories he had with the Patriots and said in his Instagram post,

“We won a whole lot of games up here… and believe it or not we had a whole lot of fun doing it. I’m so lucky to have been a New England Patriots. Foxboro Forever.”

Via a report, Patriots owner Robert Kraft declared that he is waiving the four-year waiting period to place Tom Brady directly into the Patriots Hall of Fame.

The Hall of Fame ceremony will take place on 12th June next year.
