TikTok user claims Tom Brady’s father skimped on tips during a $2,000 family meal.
Tom Brady has been influenced by numerous people throughout his life, both on and off the football field. There has most certainly been no greater impact than his father, Tom Brady Sr. The eventual Hall of Famer’s father has never been one to mince words. Brady Sr., on the other hand, has someone coming out against him and his tipping (or lack thereof).
Someone commented on TikToker Jessica O’Connor’s video, accusing the older Brady of leaving a $50 tip on a $2K meal bill. They also highlighted Brady Sr.’s former daughter-in-law, Gisele Bundchen:
For comparison, $50 is less than a 5% gratuity on a $2000 bill. It needs to be clarified whether the NFL icon attended the event.
The remark came when O’Connor discussed how Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, was supposedly not a good tipper in West Hollywood in 2021:
“I worked as a server, barista, and bartender.” I filled every role, and I suppose Brittany was in town looking for a wedding gown. My first encounter with her cost me more than a hundred bucks. Her entire entourage accompanied her. Patrick was not present, but I assume their bill was much over a hundred dollars, perhaps 130, with no tip.”
During an episode of the ESPN docuseries “Man in the Arena,” Tom Brady praised his father for his record 10 Super Bowl appearances:
“I think of him when I think about being a father.” I know I’m not as good a father to my children as my father was to me. I look to him as an example of how to keep a family together, as well as how to care, support, and love.”
The former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers player is the father of three children, Benjamin, Jack, and Vivian.
What is Tom Brady’s estimated net worth in 2023?
Brady played in the NFL for 23 years and earned a lot of money during that time. The 46-year-old is presently worth $300 million and earns around $333 million in compensation. In addition, he has made $150 million in sponsorships.
