A couple of days back, Julian Nagelsmann was replaced by Thomas Tuchel as the new manager of Bayern Munich. However, this has resulted in Nagelsmann being linked with Chelsea. Not a surprise considering Graham Potter has failed to show signs of improvement.
It depends on how strong the Chelsea authority trusts in the former Brighton manager. However, Nagelsmann is a proven winner and will surely be a quality option.

If Chelsea were to sack Graham Potter at the end of the season, the club would have to slash out nearly £52 million to pay off his full contract including his staff.
Considering the amount Chelsea spent in order to acquire his services, the club had to pay £21.5 million to buy him out of Brighton.
Overall, Graham Potter would cost the Blues a minimum £73.5 million if they wish to relieve him of his services. A decision which will have to be made keeping in mind the FFP rules, thus not a sensible option.
