The Former Baseball Catcher Joe Girardi played as the best catcher for the Cubs, Rockies, Yankees, and Cardinals for 14 years. He earned so many accolades during his time including four-time champion in major league series, in which three times as a player, and one time as a manager.
During his career being Bronx manager he led the team further into the major league and ended up winning 10 seasons back to back. In 2017 Girardi got canned from the Yankees Manager position after the team lost in the world series. According to Yankee’s owner, they were going to fire Joe anyways even if the team won the series.
Lately, the University of Florida was offering the job as a head coach for the UCF Knights but the offer was declined by the Girardi, the reasons being unsaid.
Former Baseball player Joe, 58, sure rejects the UCF proposal but his baseball career is not over.
Not yet.
