The Big Ten Reportedly Offers Huge Money To Oregon, Washington For Leaving Pac-12

Reportedly, the Big Ten is about to offer a huge amount of money to Oregon, and Washington in order to leave the Pac-12.

The Big Ten is collecting schools to win the war from Pac-12. To do that Big Ten is about to make a move against the Pac-12. According to the Sports Illustrated, sports experts Ross Dellenger, the conference is expected to offer both Washington and Oregon $35-40 million annually to leave the Pac-12.

Ross shared the news sources via Yahoo Sports on Twitter,

“Big Ten’s offer to Washington & Oregon is expected to be $35-40 million annually per team – a figure that, with the additional cross-country travel, could create some hesitancy, sources tell @YahooSports. However, exits from the Four Corner schools could sway UW and UO to leave.”

If Oregon and Washington leave the Pac-12 to join the Big Ten, they will be the 3rd and 4th school consecutively after the UCS and UCLA. Dellenger also addressed this possible threat of UW and UO leave
Pac-12 if Oregon and Washington make a move.

The Pac-12 could only hope for the best that Oregon and Washington will stay in the conference. Otherwise, the table could turn in the favor of the Big Ten.
