Before the U.S. Open started there are so many who are rooting for Rickie Fowler and Paige Spiranac is one of them.

On Thursday,  U.S. Open started with a record-setting 8 under 62 by Rickie Fowler and Xander Schauffele. A tie, which led Rickie under the top 50 golfer list.

After the game, a meme is running around Twitter about Paige, that she tweeted if Rickie Bowler wins the third major championship of the 2023 season she would take her top off.

Turns out it was posted from one of Paige’s fake Twitter accounts. On Thursday evening she posted on her official Twitter handle and confirmed it’s fake.

“A meme account posted a fake tweet a while ago and now people are blowing up my DMs! This is not true so don’t get your hopes up. But I did pick Rickie as a long shot so at least I have that going for me,”  posted Paige.

30-year-old Spiranac from Colorado is a professional golfer and instructor. She posts videos about golf on her youtube channel. She recently appeared in John Daly’s charity event The Beauty and the Beast.
