Steph Curry's 39-Points Performance: Massive Comeback "We Getting #5"

Steph Curry delivered an incredible performance to help the Golden State Warriors got a remarkable comeback victory over the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday night. The Warriors were down by 20 points in the first half and went into halftime trailing by 17 points, but the golden boys refused to give up and came back with a hard-hitting spank bang.

In the second half of the game when the golden boys came back in the arena, the defending champions fired up the arena, outscoring the Pelicans 74-46 in the final 24 minutes. Steph Curry was the driving force behind the Warriors’ resurgence, scoring 22 of his 39 points in the second half. He shot with an impressive accuracy of 56.0%, including 8-of-15 from beyond the arc, while also grabbing 8 rebounds, and also contributing with 8 assists, and 3 steals.

The Warriors had a rough start to the game, committing 14 turnovers in the first half and struggling to keep matching the pace with the Pelicans. But they turned things around in the second half, committing only four turnovers and getting stops on defense to initiate their offense with pace and get better looks at the basket.

The Warriors were facing the possibility of a step down to 8th seed in the Western Conference standings if they had lost to the Pelicans, but Curry and his teammates refused to let that happen. Thanks to Curry’s heroics and magical performance, the Warriors reclaimed the sixth spot in the conference, improving their record to 40-37.

It was an incredible performance by Curry and the Warriors, who showed that they have the talent, and championship pedigree to compete with anyone in the league. With the playoffs overlooking, they will be a team to watch, and Curry will undoubtedly be a key factor in their success.
