#1 Discovering the Rift Passage and the Observatory Understructure:

To activate the Rift Passage Lift in Star Wars Jedi Survivor, you’ll first need to complete the 4th quest to discover the Rift Passage, an important pathway that leads to the Observatory Understructure region. Once you’ve completed this quest, you can begin the process of activating the Rift Passage Lift.

#2 Activating the Rift Passage Lift in Star Wars Jedi Survivor:

The Rift Passage Lift can be found in the Observatory Understructure area at the top of the lift. However, to reach this area, you’ll need to complete Koboh Chapter 5, an important requirement for activating the lift.

After completing Koboh Chapter 5, head to the Fogged Expanse and eliminate all Imperial Post 8L-055 enemies.
Then, use the elevator to make your way up and reach Summit Ridge.
From there, cross over to the other side, which is the Observatory Understructure.
Once you’ve reached the Observatory Understructure, take the large circular lift down to reach the Rift Passage.
The Rift Passage Lift is located on the lowest level of the Observatory structure.
