In the Sons of the Forest, there are many bunkers you can find, and inside them are some useful items that you can use during your gameplay. But before then you have to find them and then find a way to enter inside the bunkers. Sons of the Forest: Where to find Bunker
In the Sons of the Forest, there is a huge facility underground which is almost covering the entire forest. You can find the entrance of these facilities at many places in the game. But all the entrances are hidden, so before you can enter the Bunker you have to dig out the hatch to open the entrance. All the areas underground are connected with each other by corridors, so it might be wrong if you say that the whole facility area is just a huge bunker.
You can find the hatch inside the caves or in the ground. For example, if you want to get Laser Sight, try to find the Maintenance Bunker A entrance in the western part of the forest near the Golfcar area. Or if you want to find a Resin dugout at the entrance of Maintenance Bunker B. depending on what you find, you can shoes where you want to start looking.
Sons of the Forest: How to Enter the Bunker
Now comes the other factor you need to access the Bunker. Even though most of the areas can be accessed directly in Sons of the Forest, there are some places where you will find extra security measures. Some private bunkers even have sections where you will have to open many doors to search the whole bunker. Sometimes you even need different keycards to open the doors to some highly important places. The name of all the keycards are given below:
- Maintenance Keycard
- Guest Keycard
- VIP Keycard
Now, where to get these keycards? I’m sure this question popped up in your mind. Worry not you can easily get these keycards from a simple bunker in the western and northwestern parts of the forest. After you find them, collect them and then all the doors of the bunkers will be open for you.
