Saquon Barkley and New York Giants Resume Contract Talks

Exciting news for football fans! It seems that star running back Saquon Barkley and the New York Giants have decided to get back to the negotiating table after a period of disagreement.

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport via NFL.com, the talks between the Giants and Barkley are officially “back on.” This is a positive development because there were concerns that Barkley might skip training camp if an agreement couldn’t be reached. However, we don’t know yet if there’s more hope that they will actually come to a deal.

Rapoport shared some information from Barkley himself, who recently said at his youth camp that he won’t make a final decision about the 2023 season until it’s closer to the deadline. There’s still room for both sides to work out a deal, so that’s good news.
