Rory McIlroy Takes Shot On Phil Mickelson Amid Gambling Report
PGA Tour golfer Rory McIlroy took a shot on a LIV golfer Phil Mickelson amid Billy Walter’s gambling report.
Recently, notorious gambler Billy Walters revealed in his Autobiography that Mickelson wagered at least $1 billion over the past 30 years. He also said the 53-year-old golfer tried to make a $400,000 wager on his 2012 U.S. Ryder Cup team.
To which Phil Mickelson denied the accusations and said he never bet on the Ryder Cup, and that he would never undermine the integrity of the game.
Definitely, Phil is becoming the hot topic of the golf world right now and the news flew to the FedEx St. Jude Championship. When four-time major champion Rory McIlroy asked by reporters what are his thoughts on the subject.
