Richard Bland has re-signed with Cleeks GC for the 2024 LIV Golf season
Although the LIV Golf transfer window is open, Richard Bland has yet to use it. The league’s reforms are being revealed gradually, pending the outcome of the promotion tournament in December. What is known is that the colors will remain the same for Bland.
Cleeks GC has re-signed Richard Bland for the 2024 LIV Golf season. The athlete was in charge of announcing the news via a video uploaded on social media. The video has received over 480,000 views only on the team’s X (previously Twitter) account.
These are Richard Bland’s words:
“I just wanted to say how happy I am to have re-signed with Cleeks GC for the LIV Golf 24 season.” Even though the season is still a few months away, I’m excited to get started next year.”
He went on to say:
“I’m looking forward to seeing Martin again soon, and I’m really excited to see the other two guys who will be on the Cleeks with us next year.” This will be a great, successful year for us, therefore, I’m thrilled to be re-signing with the Cleeks.
According to Richard Bland, neither Graeme McDowell nor Bernd Wiesberger have confirmed their return at Cleeks GC for the 2018 season. Despite being free agents for the time being, both are guaranteed a position in LIV Golf.
Cleeks GC finished tenth in the team rankings in 2023. Richard Bland (20th) finished first in the individual rankings. Wiesberger and McDowell came in 41st and 42nd place, respectively. Captain Martin Kaymer finished 49th.
