Breaking: Ravens Quarterback Lamar Jackson Seeks New Team
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has made a big announcement about his NFL career. In a statement released Monday morning, Jackson revealed that he has requested a trade from the Ravens.
“First of all, I want to thank all of my fans for their love and support. You all mean the world to me, and I couldn’t be more grateful for your unwavering support. I also want to clear up any misconceptions that may be out there about my plans for the future,” Jackson said.
“As of March 2nd, I asked the Ravens to consider trading me, but unfortunately, they have not been willing to meet my value. I love the game of football, and my ultimate dream is to help a team win the Super Bowl. While this decision was a difficult one, I had to do what was best for my family and me.”
Despite the trade request, Jackson expressed his continued love for the Ravens fans and the entire state of Maryland. “No matter where my career takes me, I will always be close to my fans in Baltimore and throughout Maryland. You’ll see me again,” he promised.
Although no trade has been finalized, it’s clear that Jackson’s time in Baltimore has come to an end. So, where will the star quarterback end up next? Only time will tell, but one thing is for certain: Jackson’s talent and dedication to the game will undoubtedly lead him to success no matter where he lands.
