Quinnen Williams Replace Aaron Rodgers As the Jets Team Captain Permanently
The Jets Star defensive lineman Quinnen Williams replaces Aaron Rodgers permanently from the Captain’s position.
The Millions of Jets fans who Dream that Aaron Rodgers would be the captain of the flight flying toward the Super Bowl have been crushed by Rodgers’ torn Achilles injury.
On Friday, head coach Robert Saleh announced Quinnen Williams as the new captain of the team.
Via ESPN’s Rich Cimini’s report, Williams replaces Aaron Rodgers as one of the 3 permanent captains.

From now on William joins CJ Mosley and Justin Hardee in the Jets Captain room. Before the season started, William came in fourth position in player voting for the captaincy.
The Jets have no one to name Offense captain as Rodgers was the only player on the team. It is impossible to pull him back into the team to play the role of the offense captain.
Now that Roadgers is out of the season due to injury, Saleh thought about giving Williams a chance. The Jets also signed Trevor Siemian as their new quarterback.
However, Saleh is trusting Zach Wilson for the upcoming Sunday’s game against the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs.
