Former World No. 2 Paula Badosa recently responded to her lover and fellow tennis player Stefanos Tsitsipas’ touching comment about his “Holy Trinity.”
The two tennis players first met during this year’s Italian Open in Rome. The couple’s connection was soon made public. Since then, the two have shared snippets of their trip on their social media profiles on a regular basis.
In interviews and on social media, the pair is never shy about discussing each other and their love. Stefanos Tsitsipas discussed his ‘Holy Trinity’ in a recent pre-tournament interview ahead of the Rolex Paris Masters.
During the interview, the reporter asked Tsitsipas about his love.
“What are you in love with?” the reporter inquired.
World No. 6 responded with a lovely response. Tennis, his fiancée, and his family are the three things he adores, and he refers to them as his “holy trinity.”
“I’m in love with tennis, my girlfriend, and my family, these three things that I call the holy trinity,” he said.
The couple’s fan page was eager to post the cute excerpt from the interview. Paula Badosa observed this and left a sweet note in the comments.
“The sweetest thing,” said the Spanish tennis player.
