Paul Finebaum Has Nothing But Praise For Colorado Head Coach Deion Sanders
ESPN sports analyst Paul Finebaum has nothing to say but praise for the Colorado head coach Deion Sanders.
College Football Week 1 started with lots of surprises and one of them was the Colorado Buffaloes’ upset win over no. 17 TCU this weekend.
This Saturday, Coach Prime’s team Buffaloes crushed TCU Horned Frogs with a 45-42 score and left millions of college fans in shock, one of them was Paul Finebaum.
Paul Finebaum is one of those sportscasters who doesn’t hold back when it comes to criticizing coaches or players. On Sunday, Finebaum appeared on the show ‘The Matt Barrie Show’ and talked about the epic Colorado’s upset win over TCU.
Via On3, Finebaum said,
“I mean you just have to give them so much credit. And forget Prime for a second. His players, his son, Travis Hunter?”
He said that Sanders proved his worth amid all the controversies and criticism for his roaster program.
“It just shows you what he does and what he means to a program. You can get all these other guys and you can run your team off. But, if you have superstars, and he does? It matters.”
Paul also believes Coach Prime’s success with Colorado will definitely bring some fresh changes in college footfall.
Finebaum said, “(It’s) the kind of thing that can create an epidemic. That sets off alarm bells.”
In Week 2, Deion Sanders and Team Colorado will take on the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
