Paul Finebaum Has Complaint With Crimson’s Coach Nick Saban
Sportscaster Paul Finebaum has a complaint with Alabama Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban.
Seven-time National Champion winner Nick Saban has his own ways of doing things. However, Alabama’s coach hasn’t resolved his starting quarterback situation. Not only this but he hasn’t even revealed the entire depth chart of his team.
Paul Finebaum who appeared on the Matt Barrie Show said, “What I don’t like, and every time I say this people in Alabama get mad, I don’t like the bullying of the media.”
Finebaum has only one complaint about Nick Saban that
“Don’t bully people cause you can. Saban has made a career at Alabama and maybe elsewhere of bullying those who are weaker than him and don’t have the ability, and that’s just not a good look. That is my only complaint about this.”
Apparently, Fox Sports commentator Tim Brando accused Nick Saban of bullying. Brando posted on his X, Twitter that not posting the depth chart has been beneath the GOAT.
SEC analyst Tim Brando wrote, “Nick Saban’s not delivering a depth chart is beneath him, despite likely giving the guys calling the game some semblance of lineups.”
In Saban’s defense, he explained that it took focus away from the game and noted that the release of a depth chart could cause players to be discouraged when they saw their spot in the team.
Nick Saban is still in dilemma to choose among Jalen Milroe, Tyler Buchner, and Ty Simpson for the starting quarterback position.
Whoever Saban chooses among these three he has to choose quickly as the Crimson Tide will face Texas Longhorns in their second game of the season.
