Paige Spiranac Reveals Her Final Four Pick for March Madness NCAA Tournament

As the NCAA Tournament Final Four approaches, the excitement is palpable among sports enthusiasts nationwide. Golf influencer and former collegiate golfer, Paige Spiranac, is one of the many fans eagerly following the tournament from the very beginning.

This weekend, the semifinals will see San Diego State, the sixth seed, take on ninth-seeded Florida Atlanta, while fourth-seeded Miami battles it out with fifth-seeded UConn.

Despite her bracket already being in shambles, Spiranac remains invested in the tournament. In a recent TikTok video that quickly went viral, she teased her followers with her secretive Final Four rooting interest.

“Listen up, folks,” she began. “I once played golf at a certain university in San Diego. That very institution has now made it to the Final Four. Now, I haven’t uttered a word about it, not a single peep. And this video doesn’t count either, because I’m not naming the school. I’m quite superstitious, you see, and I’m worried that mentioning the name might jinx their chances. So I’m keeping my lips sealed.”

She then reminisced about her superstitions from her golfing days, such as avoiding golf balls with the number one on them and only marking her ball with a quarter that was heading up. Although these superstitions didn’t necessarily bring her success on the golf course, she couldn’t help but stick to them.

Spiranac’s reference to her time in San Diego State between 2012 and 2015, when she led the Aztecs to their first Mountain West Conference title in 2015, reveals her unwavering loyalty to her alma mater. We hope that her silent support and superstitions finally pay off this time around.
