Paige Spiranac Pushes for Golf Dress Code Change on PGA Tour
Golf Influencer and social media star, Paige Spiranac, is making a big fuss about golfers’ clothes in a famous golf league called the PGA Tour. She’s asking them to change the rules about what players can wear.
One day, Paige Spiranac said that it’s time for the PGA Tour to let golfers wear shorts. She talked about this because many golfers had a hard time with the hot weather during a tournament called the FedEx St. Jude Championship.
Paige Spiranac said,”The men on the PGA Tour should absolutely be able to wear shorts, and the rule needs to change right now.” She also talked about a golfer named Lucas Glover, who won two times in a row in a really hot place called Memphis. She even made a funny comment, saying, “He also won for the worst documented case of swamp a– that we have ever seen.”
The players in that tournament were really struggling because of the hot weather. They were even putting their hands in ice coolers to cool down. Paige Spiranac thinks it’s time for the PGA Tour to catch up with the times and let players wear shorts for their comfort.

She mentioned that another golf group called LIV Golf let players wear shorts last year. The Asian Tour also agreed to this idea. But the PGA Tour hasn’t wanted to change the rule about clothes so far. Maybe they will change their minds after seeing all this talk.
Even though the PGA Tour has always had strict rules about what players wear, many people are now saying things need to change. Paige Spiranac is speaking out, and other golf tours are already making changes. The question is whether the PGA Tour will finally decide to change the rules too. We’ll have to wait and see if this talk leads to a big change in the world of golf fashion.
