Oregon’s QB D.J. Uiagalelei Selected By LA Dodgers In MLB Draft
College Football Quarterback D.J. Uiagalelei is selected by Los Angeles Dodgers in the 20th round of the 2023 MLB Draft.
On Tuesday, D.J. Uiagalelei is shocked when he heard his name selected by Dodgers with the No. 610 pick. It surprise the fans as well as Uiagalelei who played baseball in high school.

Uiagalelei was considered a power hitter who can throw in the mid-90s as a pitcher. At last, he chose Football over Baseball when once he committed to Clemson. Currently, 22-year-old Uiagalelei is prepping for his first NFL season in the Oregon state. He joined the program via the transfer portal after posting his best numbers at Clemson in 2022.
In 13 games last season, Uiagalelei completed 62.1 percent of his pass attempts for 2,521 yards with 22 touchdowns and seven interceptions.
It’s a great opportunity for D.J. Uiagalelei, to have a choice between the two sports. He can pursue his career in the MLB.
