Social media fans are now paying a lot of attention to Zoey Goldstein, a sprinter from Penn State, who dressed up as the “Olivia Dunne of college track” for Halloween in 2023. Many college students wear different costumes during the week, but Zoey’s costume caught everyone’s attention on Monday afternoon.
