Ohio State Fans Concerned Over Jim Harbaugh Spying During Open Practices
Ohio State’s upcoming open practices raise worries among fans about rival teams spying on their strategies.
In a recent announcement, Ohio State’s football program revealed plans to open their preseason practices to fans next month. For a fee of $30 per ticket, eager Ohio State Buckeyes supporters can attend these special sessions.
According to Eleven Warriors, the first two practices are scheduled for Aug. 3 and Aug. 4. Each practice session will have 500 tickets available for purchase. Fans will also receive a cool 2023 Ohio State camp hat as a souvenir when they check-in at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center. The practice will start around 9:15 a.m., and gates will open at 8:30 a.m.
However, some fans are expressing concerns about potential spying by rival teams, particularly from Michigan Wolverines, led by coach Jim Harbaugh. With fans wearing Ohio State colors, there are worries that opposing teams might send undercover staff to gather sensitive information during the open practices.
This is probably too “tinfoil hat” of me, especially if they’re not showcasing anything of value, but if I’m Jim Harbuagh I’m buying one of my grad assistants Buckeye gear and sending him to Columbus with a ticket to these. https://t.co/v4wuHKadXX

While the excitement is building among Buckeyes supporters, it’s understandable that they want to make sure their team’s strategies and plays are kept confidential. Fans hope that the Ohio State team will take necessary measures to protect their practices while still giving them an exciting experience.
Ohio State’s fans can purchase tickets for the training sessions here. The Ticket sale will go live on Thursday morning at 10:00 ‘o’clock.
