NFL Reporter Aileen Hnatiuk Gains Popularity as 2023 Season Begins
As the 2023 NFL season kicks off, all eyes are on Tampa Bay Buccaneers reporter Aileen Hnatiuk, who has captured the hearts of fans in the Sunshine State with her viral moments over the past few months. With the regular season finally underway, her popularity is poised to soar even higher.
Hnatiuk, a dedicated reporter for WFLA News Channel 8, has witnessed several of her moments go viral during the offseason.
Let’s relive those moments shared by Hnatiuk herself on her Instagram handle-
Her first brush with virality came at the close of the 2022 regular season when she posted a photograph taken outside the Saints’ facility. This single post amassed a staggering 25,000 likes on Instagram.
In a simple caption, Hnatiuk marked the end of the season with the words, “That’s a wrap.”
In June, Hnatiuk made an exciting announcement, revealing her return to Tampa.
“I’m coming home,” she joyfully declared. “I am ecstatic to share with y’all I’m joining @wfla’s talented Sports Team in Tampa as a Sports Reporter. The station I grew up watching! I can’t believe I’m typing that out. (I literally used to hope they’d air my high school volleyball highlights) I’ll be covering the Bucs, Lightning, Rays, Rowdies, USF & more. Grateful doesn’t do this feeling justice to be blessed with this opportunity.”
Given her rising prominence, it’s highly likely that Hnatiuk will be on the scene to cover this Sunday’s game between the Buccaneers and the Vikings.
The kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET at U.S. Bank Stadium. NFL enthusiasts can anticipate insightful coverage from this talented reporter as the 2023 season unfolds.
