New Update Emerges About ESPN’s Sarah Spain, StubHub Controversy
ESPN’s reporter Sarah Spain posted an update to her fans about the StubHub Ticket famous resale company.
Sarah Spain is going viral for her complaint against one of StubHub, one of the popular ticket-selling companies. On Sunday, Sarah was disappointed about Chicago Cubs tickets which were listed as unobstructed. But she ended up getting a ticketed seat with a blocked view by a pole for the entire game.
Well, this experience ruined Sarah’s mood and she posted an angry rant on Twitter addressing the StubHub.
Hey @StubHub I bought a bunch of @cubs tix for me & friends & it said unobstructed view & showed a view of the field with no poles. 3 of 6 of us can’t see the batter.

Is it standard business practice for you to photoshop poles out of your photos to deceive customers? pic.twitter.com/PdmRoaSYeY
However, StubHub took immediate action on Sarah’s complaint. In response, Spain later posted on her Twitter an appreciative update for her fans on the StubHub controversy. Spain tweeted.
“Appreciate @StubHub reaching out to make this right. And more importantly, they’re looking into using real photos instead of virtual images for seat view maps. Necessary for older stadiums like Wrigley or events with potential obstructed views.”

In the three-game series finale, the Cubs lost to the Boston Red Sox, 11-5 on Sunday at Wrigley Field. At least Sara Spain’s complaint didn’t go to waste. Looks like for StubHub customer satisfaction is the most important and they are working on it.
That’s all that matters in the end.
