Nathan Peterman About To Re-Join Bears Ahead Of 2023 NFL Season

Former NFL quarterback Nathan Peterman has reportedly re-joined the Chicago Bears.

Ahead of the 2023 NFL season, the Bears are adding another quarterback. In order to improve the quarterback situation regarding Justin Fields, Chicago’s current starting QB.

Via NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the Bears have re-signed their veteran quarterback Nathan Peterman. Peterman will join the Bears starting QB Justin Fields and  Tyson Bagent.

This is quite funny, the Bears just released Peterman earlier this week. And now news is coming that they are re-signing him again. In Nathan’s last season with the Chicago, he only appeared in three games and scored 14-of-25 pass attempts for 139 yards with a touchdown and an interception.

Who will be the starter for Chicago?

Well, the Bears will stick with Justin Fileds for now. Fields’ struggles are the main reason for the Bears worrying about their starting lineup. He only passes 60.6 percent of his passes this season for 427 yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions.

This Sunday the Chicago Bears will fight against the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium.

You can watch this action-packed game on Fox starting at 4:25 p.m. ET.
