NASCAR’s Noah Gragson Decides Future Amid Suspension
Noah Gragson, who is currently in the middle of his rookie season as a NASCAR Cup Series driver, is making some big decisions about his future in the racing world.
The word on the track is that Gragson is on the hunt for a new team. Jordan Bianchi, a reporter from The Athletic, has the scoop that Gragson won’t be coming back to his current team once his suspension is over. He’s currently suspended by Legacy Motor Club due to a controversy stirred up by a post he liked on social media.
This suspension isn’t for a set period; it’s indefinite. Legacy Motor Club is getting ready to fill in for him in the upcoming races while he’s off the track.

Gragson got into hot water for showing his approval of a social media post that made fun of the tragic death of George Floyd. NASCAR gave a thumbs up to Legacy Motor Club’s decision to suspend him and put out a statement that said as much.
“Following his actions on social media, NASCAR has determined that Gragson has violated the Member Conduct section of the 2023 NASCAR Rule Book and has placed him under indefinite suspension,” NASCAR announced after they slapped Gragson with the suspension.
Gragson didn’t waste any time responding to the suspension. He said he gets how serious the situation is and owned up to messing up. His words were, “I try to treat everyone equally no matter who they are. I messed up plain and simple.”
Now, Gragson is in the market for a new racing crew to join up with before the 2024 Cup Series kicks off. He’s no stranger to winning races, boasting an impressive 13 victories in the Xfinity Series. But when it comes to the NASCAR Cup Series, the victory lane has been just out of reach for him so far.
