Lazio ends Napoli’s winning streak
Napoli, who had been leading the charts in Serie A just got handed their second loss in the league. It was Lazio who defeated Napoli on their own ground while moving up to second in the points table.

The only goal from the match came from an unbelievable strike in the 67th minute as Matias Vecino nailed a shot from outside the penalty area.
Serie A’s leading goal scorer with 19 goals to his name, Victor Osimhen, came close to equalizing. However, his header hit the crossbar and denied Napoli the opportunity to get back into the match.
Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic got unlucky as well. His free-kick hit the woodwork which could have been a two-goal lead for Lazio.
The goal from Vecino turned ended a five-match clean-sheet run for Napoli’s goalkeeper. .
Napoli is looking forward to being crowned champions of Italy for the third time in the club’s history. Their last title win came back in 1990.
