Monday Night Football Brings Doubleheader, Here’s Schedule

This Monday NFL fans have a doubleheader to enjoy their football night. The NFL sometimes scheduled two football games in Week 1 to wrap up things fast.

But this time Fans will watch some extra action on Monday night with these two games in Week 2 of the 2023 regular season

Here’s the Schedule for MNF –

  • Panthers vs. Saints, 7:15 p.m. E.T. on ESPN
  • Steelers vs. Browns, 8:15 p.m. E.T. on ABC

Fans will enjoy this doubleheader due to the NFL’s current media rights agreement, finalized in 2021. According to this agreement, the NFL schedules extra games for both ESPN and ABC to broadcast on Monday night.

Sometimes Monday doubleheaders have included games that occur on both the West and East coasts, incorporating different time zones. 

Via CBS Sports report, NFL will also treat football fans with a tripleheader on Christmas day which falls on Monday, for the first time such a multigame broadcast has occurred in league history.

For now, Fans will enjoy these two action-packed divisional rivalry games on Monday night.
