Before Williams’ injury, he was having his best time in the NFL scoring seven catches for 121 yards and a touchdown. Last season, He had 63 receptions for 895 yards and four touchdowns in 13 games.
After Williams is out of the season, the Chargers have Joshua Palmer who had more than 700 receiving yards last season. The other option for Los Angeles is TCU star product Quentin Johnston, Austin Ekeler, and Gerald Everett.
It is actually sad that Mike Williams, one of the top players has to leave the NFL season this early.
