Michael Jordan’s former Chicago condo is sold and becomes the 3rd highest home sale of the year.

Michael Jordan bought this penthouse on Lake Shore Drive in 1990 which his ex-wife sold in 2014. Jordan’s former house sold quietly for $6.82 million and becomes the highest home sale in the year 2023.

According to Dennis Rodkin of Chicago Business, Condo is built on an 8,000 square feet area that separates into three different units.

There is one more house of Michael Jordan in the market up for sale for more than 10 years. from the report of Business Insider Jordan is going to cut down the asking price from $29 million to $14.9 million. And Not only did Michael lower the price by more than half but also offer a complete set of Air Jordans.

Michael Jordan’s Highland Park home has a tennis court, a putting green, an infinity pool, and a full-sized indoor basketball court.

Recently Jordan also put his long-time franchise of Charlotte Hornet on the market and accept the $3 billion offer for his majority shares.
