Meet Faith Kipyegon Husband And Family Of World Record Holder
Faith Chepngetich Kipyegon is a 29-year-old athlete who’s been in the news for her outstanding World. Breaking records one by one in just a week’s interval.
On 2nd June 2023, Faith broke the previous record in the 1500m mark of Genzebe Dibaba’s world record of 3 minutes and 50.07 seconds in just 3 minutes and 49.11 seconds.
She broke this record in Florence Diamond League and becomes the world’s first woman runner who broke the 3 minutes 50 seconds barrier. It’s no doubt the two-time world and Olympic champion created history and made her country Kenya proud.
On 9th June 2023, she set another stepstone in her career by shattering the record of Letesenbet Gidey of 14 minutes, 6.62 seconds with her own 14 minutes, 5.20 seconds in 5000m mark at Paris becoming the fastest woman in the world.

Timothy Kitum is the man behind this fastest runner Kipyegon Success who always supports his wife to chase her dream and run faster than ever.
Timothy,28, was born in Kapsowar, Elgeyo/Marakwet County, he is a runner just like his wife and debuted in the 2011 IAAF World Youth Championship held in Lille, France representing Kenya’s flag. He brought a silver medal in the 2012 IAAF World Junior Championships held at the Estadio Olimpico in Barcelona, Spain.
In 2012 at the London Olympics games, he performed outstanding and brought a bronze medal shared the podium with David Rudisha and Botswana international Nigel Amos
How these two Timothy and Faith met is a mystery, and secretive about their marriage may be because they want to keep personal things personal. And there’s no harm in it as fans we should respect their privacy.
