Meet Allie Enright, the Clemson Cheerleader Who Stands Out Against Duke Tonight
Right now, the ninth-ranked Clemson Tigers are facing off against Duke in their first game of the season. You can watch it on ESPN.
But tonight, it’s not just the players and coaches grabbing attention at Wallace Wade Stadium. There’s someone else in the spotlight: Allie Enright, a Clemson cheerleader.
Before the game, Clemson’s cheerleading team gave a special mention to Enright. She’s not just a cheerleader; she’s also part of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority, and she celebrated her 21st birthday this summer.
Over the years, Enright has shared lots of pictures of her cheerleading adventures on her Instagram. You can see some of them below:

Now, let’s talk about the game. In the first half, things were pretty close. The Tigers were ahead of the Blue Devils by just one point, with the score 7-6 at halftime. If Duke hadn’t made a mistake in the second quarter by mishandling a punt, Clemson might not have scored at all. The Tigers also had to force a turnover right before halftime to keep their lead.
The second half of the game is coming up soon on ESPN.
