Max Strus Leaves Miami Heat for Cleveland Cavaliers
Miami Heat’s player Max Strus is saying goodbye to the team and joining the Cleveland Cavaliers.
According to a report from ESPN on Saturday, Strus is set to sign a big contract with the Cavaliers. After not being picked in the NBA draft in 2019, this is a great opportunity for him to earn a lot of money. The report says he will sign a four-year deal worth $63 million.

Last season, he played well, scoring an average of 11.5 points and getting 3.2 rebounds per game with a 41 percent shooting accuracy. He even started in 33 games during the regular season and helped the team in the playoffs when Tyler Herro got injured.
Strus became a free agent on July 1 after finishing a two-year contract. This is his chance to earn a big salary, especially after showing that he can play well even though he wasn’t drafted in 2019.
Before joining the Miami Heat, Strus spent most of his time playing in the G League. But he impressed everyone with his skills and performance, and now he’s getting this big opportunity with the Cavaliers.
Victor Oladipo Traded to Oklahoma City Thunder
The Miami Heat has traded Victor Oladipo to the Oklahoma City Thunder. Oladipo might not be able to play for most of the next season because of a knee injury he got in April. Last season, he played 42 games and averaged 10.7 points, 3.5 assists, and three rebounds per game.
Kevin Love Stays with the Miami Heat
Kevin Love, who played for the Miami Heat last season, will continue with the team. Love played 21 games and had an average of 7.7 points and 5.7 rebounds per game. He will be a backup player for the center and power forward positions.
Josh Richardson Returns to the Miami Heat
The Miami Heat has brought back Josh Richardson, who was previously traded to the Philadelphia 76ers in a deal for Jimmy Butler. Richardson was drafted by the Heat in 2015. Now, he is joining the team again on a two-year contract.
