Leopards Player Dwight Howard is praying for his ex-coach Stan Van Gundy in his difficult time.
On August 16, former coach Stan Van Gundy’s wife Kimberly passed away unexpectedly at the age of 61. Dwight Howard traveled to Orlando, Florida to be with Van Gundy in his difficult time.
Howard and many other former teammates were there with Van Gundy including Jameer Nelson and Vince Carter.

Howard also posted a heartfelt message on his Instagram for Van Gundy.
Howard wrote, “Stan I will always be there for you! We’ve been through it all, and these are the times that we need each other the most. My deepest condolences, thoughts, and prayers go out to you from the bottom of my heart.”
It wasn’t any secret that Howard and Van Gundy, they two had their differences in the past. But Howard put all his differences aside and approached his former coach Stan Van Gundy with all the love and support he needed in his time of need.
