NBA legend LeBron James praised the WNBA star A’ja Wilson for her 53 points record-breaking performance on Tuesday.

The Las Vegas Aces star forward A’ja Wilson went off and scored 53 points against the Atlanta Dream.

Wilson’s amazing performance not only caught the attention of the WNBA fans but also the legendary NBA star Lebron James. LeBron James took his Twitter to praise the 27-year-old A’ja.

Wilson also appeared in the newly released LeBron 20s shoes in the game, which grabbed the attention of James.

LeBron wrote in his caption,

“Must be the !!! Nah it’s definitely her game the whole way!! They do look good on her though! GO THE HELL OFF THEN SIS!!!!! @_ajawilson22.”

The previous season-high for the two-time MVP was 40 points which came during a victory against the Washington Mystics in early August. The Aces improved to 29-4 on the year, the best record in the league.

Via ESPN’s report, Wilson is one of the three basketball players who scored more than 50 points including behind Cambage and Riquna Williams.

A’ja is tying with Liz Cambage for the scoring record in a single game. Wilson’s name is considered one of the best players in women’s basketball but her Tuesday performance made her the best player in WNBA.
