LeBron huge performance against the Clippers, and Paul George reacts to it
The Lakers LeBron James played a tough game against the Los Angeles Clippers. He has always been a record-breaker, be it the scoring record of Kareem Abdul Jabbar (38,387 points) or his score(40 career-high points).
This time he scored around 40 points against the Los Angeles Clippers, in his 20 years career.
Paul George’s reaction to James’ performance
While playing against the Clippers LeBron, the four times MVP, scored a career-high nine 3-pointers while achieving 46 points. Although the Clippers 133-115 won against the Lakers on Tuesday night, James played outstanding and got the reaction of the opposing team’s forward Paul George.
George said, after the game, “It was scary. I’ve seen that look in Bron. There was a moment where he had that look.”
He mentioned his look in the fourth quarter of the game when he forced 23 points. He said that James’ 46 points career-high score was something that scared him and he has seen that before. Undoubtedly, it was a huge performance for everyone.
James praised the Clippers
The Lakers played well and lost with 18 points, but the Clippers were phenomenal this time.
Even LeBron admitted it after the game, as he said:
“I was able to make a few shots tonight and try to help us stay in the game. But the Clippers, they are really good. Exceptionally good when they’re shooting the 3-ball, and tonight they did that.”
Kawhi Leonard and Paul George led to the victory for the team. George scored 27 points and 9 rebounds, and Leonard scored 25 points more in the Clippers’ victory.
Both teams performed tremendously, but the Clippers won.
