Las Vegas Raiders Owner Mark Davis Got in Heated Exchange with Fans After Team’s Loss

In a closely-fought division game over the weekend, the Las Vegas Raiders lost to the Los Angeles Chargers. Starting quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo couldn’t play due to a concussion from the previous week’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, and this made it tough for the Raiders in the first half.

At halftime, the Raiders were down 24-7. They made a strong comeback effort but ended up losing 24-17. After the game, as fans were leaving, something unusual happened: team owner Mark Davis got into a heated argument with some fans.

A video on social media showed Mark Davis talking passionately with Raiders fans. The fans were unhappy with head coach Josh McDaniels and were calling for him to be fired. McDaniels has a record of 7 wins and 14 losses since becoming the head coach.

Losing a game by just one score to a division rival, especially without their starting quarterback, might not seem like a reason to fire a coach. But the pressure is building on McDaniels. If the Raiders don’t start doing better soon, McDaniels might not continue as the head coach.
